Products

The E-Mice Group commissions the development of, adapts or sources a broad range of hardware devices and products that enable or facilitate use of its applications or software-based services.  The principal items are briefly described below.

EncryptKey

EncryptKey is a compact USB-enabled digital storage token pre-loaded with software that enables you to (a) protect your own digital files by use of encryption, (b) send encrypted digital files over the Internet to other holders of “EncryptKey” or subscribers of “e-Cert” issued by Hongkong Post Certification Authority (“HKPCA”), and (c) decrypt the encrypted files sent online to you by such persons.

eCertFile Drive

A proprietary USB-compatible hardware device commissioned by ECERTS Products & Services Limited to store digital certificates, and enable the deployment of Hongkong Post e-Certs issued to subscribers on special smart cards with detachable SIMs ("subscriber identification modules").

eCertFile Drive II

Another proprietary USB-compatible hardware device commissioned by ECERTS Products & Services Limited to store digital certificates, and enable to deployment of Hongkong Post e-Certs stored on special smart cards with detachable SIMs as well as on other types of smart cards, such as current Smart Hong Kong Identity Cards.

eKey

A USB-compatible storage device adapted to the specific requirements of ECERTS Products & Services Limited to store digital certificates.  This device can memorize up to 200 web-site addresses and user names/passwords to such sites, and uses a PIN ("personal identification number") to protect digital certificates stored in it.  After 5 consecutive incorrect attempts to input the appropriate PIN, all contents in this device will be erased.

Others

Primarily for its i-School and i-Office applications, the E-Mice Group's ECERTS Products & Services Limited subsidiary sources and re-sells a range of products that include smart card readers, RFID or bar code scanners, door access devices and kiosk systems so as to provide turn-key solutions to its customers.
