| Jul | Joined with the HKSAR Government's Education Bureau to co-host a seminar to promote greater vigilance in protecting school digital data from unauthorized access. The seminar attracted participants from more than 140 schools. |
| Entered into an agreement with Shenzhen Digital Certificate Authority Center Co., Ltd. for the trial joint deployment of Encryptone, a proprietary software application that uses digital certificates to encrypt/decrypt individual digital files or complete folders. | |
| Jan | Launched iBus Double, a proprietary USB-compatible device combining the function of the eCertFile Drive and the Smart Hong Kong ID Card reader. |
