Management Team

Winston Leong Chairman

Mr. Leong joined the Board of the E-Mice Group in 2004 and has more than ten years' experience investing in a wide range of businesses across the Asia Pacific region.  Previously, he worked as an investment banker in both New York and Hong Kong with various subsidiaries of Prudential Financial Inc. and, before that, as a lawyer with the firm of Bull, Housser & Tupper in Vancouver, Canada.  Mr. Leong began his career with the City of London law firm of Cameron Markby (now CMS Cameron McKenna) and qualified to practice law in England & Wales, the State of New York and the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Mr. Leong holds a Master of Arts degree in economics and law from Cambridge University, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Eva Chan Group Chief Executive Officer

Prior to establishing the E-Mice Group in 1999, Ms. Chan was the Director of Business Development at SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited, a major provider of mobile telecom services in the HKSAR.  She began her career with PCCW/HKT, the dominant telecom services provider in Hong Kong, and during her tenure gained valuable experience in Mainland telecom equipment sales and after-sales customer support, liaison with other major telecom carriers from different parts of the world as well as China business development.

Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Sciences from Paisley University in Scotland, and a Master of Arts degree in Social Science from the University in South Australia.

Jessica Chau Executive Director

Ms. Chau joined the E-Mice Group in 2006 and also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of E-Mice Solutions (HK) Limited.  Previously, she was the Business Development Manager at Hong Kong CSL Limited, a leading mobile telecom services provider in the HKSAR.  Ms. Chau possesses a broad range of knowledge and relationships in the Greater China telecom services sector and is an advisor to Shenzhen Digital Certificate Authority Center Co., Ltd., an authorized issuer of digital certificates capable of being used anywhere in Mainland China and a strategic partner of the E-Mice Group. 

Ms. Chau holds a Bachelor degree in Business (Operations Management) from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.

William Tin Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tin joined the E-Mice Group in 2005.  Previously, he held senior financial executive positions in the HKSAR at a variety of locally-listed companies and brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance to the Group.  Mr. Tin is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of other professional accounting bodies in the United Kingdom and Canada.

Mr. Tin holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the National University of Ireland, Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Man Ho General Manager – CA Operation & Technology

Mr. Ho joined the E-Mice Group in 2006, and was a core member of the team that formulated the bid for the Hongkong Post tender seeking to out-source all of the e-Cert operations and services of HKPCA.  Previously, he held senior management positions in the IT divisions of several insurance companies, including Pacific Century Insurance Co., Ltd. and Pacific International Insurance Co., Ltd. in the HKSAR, and Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd. on the Mainland.  Earlier, Mr. Ho had been the Chief Operating Officer of Shantou FIT Technology Co., Ltd., where he managed and operated the networks and computer services for Shantou University.

Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Hong Kong.

Eddie Ho Senior Manager – CA  Systems Development

Mr. Ho joined the E-Mice Group in 2007.  Previously, he worked for HKPCA with a focus on application security management and support within the Certification Authority centre.  He has extensive knowledge and experience in PKI solutions design and implementation.

Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Studies from the City University of Hong Kong.
